I write about what it’s like to shape large language models from the inside. I’m not an engineer. I’m a writer who wandered into the uncanny valley and decided to stay. I’m not here to explain neural networks or peddle product optimism. I’m here to document the strange, finnicky, often very human labor behind the scenes.

Most weeks, I focus on the model itself—its habits, its weirdness, the little ghosts in the machine. Other times, I’ll step back and look at the broader industry.
